Oh Gosh, I suck at explaining this stuff lol :P Let’s see… On PS, I just duplicate the picture’s layer (ctrl+J) then apply “gaussian blur” (Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur) to the copy and delete it with the eraser tool (in like 60% opacity) till the picture behind it appears, leaving that sort of glow in the places I like… does that make any sense? D:
